Space Club offers a place for students to connect over their shared interest in space. Space club is entirely student-run with members deciding on projects like creating their own planets and designing rockets. Space Club meets the first and third Thursday of the month. Jazz Band is an extra music ensemble for students that will meet after school on Monday afternoons. This ensemble is open to 7 and 8th grade students with prior experience in band, or prior experience in Piano, Guitar, Bass or Drums *with* the ability to read music. Improv Club is a drama club for anyone who is interested in acting, stage comedy, and the community that can be found through theater. Students spend Improv club playing improv games, which are improvised acting exercises designed to teach students to listen to each other and cooperate on stage.
